升降平臺作業(yè)過程中,密封件發(fā)揮著重要的作用,。密封件是防止流體或固體微粒從相鄰結合面間泄漏以及防止外界雜質如灰塵與水分等侵入機器設備內部的零部件的材料或零件,。那么如何防止升降平臺密封件的磨損呢?
通過實踐我們發(fā)現(xiàn),,只有在升降平臺密封圈表層形成保護層,,使用時,密封圈與液壓油隔離開來,。使分子進入材料的速度減慢,,就會相應地延長了密封件的使用壽命。如果不想密封件外面保護層丟失,,就必須在原材料的基礎上添加幾十種添加劑,,使添加劑融合到聚氨酯分子之內。隨著密封件使用時間的延長,,添加劑就會從聚氨酯分子內慢慢的滲透到表層,,在表層長期形成保護層,這樣就解決了聚氨酯材料的老化,。
